Position Summary
In the role of Sr. Data Analyst, you will work across Data Analytics, Data Engineering, BI Engineering related tasks, exercising excellent problem solving, data wrangling and analytical storytelling You will be responsible for helping to transform data from our services and existing reports and Tableau dashboards into consumable data Explores and dashboards in our platform. You will play a crucial role in enabling data democratization inside Tillster and with our customers -- owning the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of our data products. This includes partnering and consulting with business teams to provide guidance and assistance in creating and streamlining Looker or equal style reports and underlying ETL pipelines. You will collaborate across the organization, with business, market, customer and consumer focused leadership and team members alike. About You
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative area such as Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roleExcellent SQL skills2 years of experience on AWS or Google cloud technologies (Redshift or BigQuery)Mid to Advanced skills in Python, Looker and LookML2+ years’ experience in developing end to end business intelligence solutions, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques, and technology.Proven analytical and quantitative skills (including ability to effectively use business tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker) and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses.The Interview Process

Pay and Benefits (PORTUGAL)
Compensation competitive to market and geographical location.Meal allowance for each day worked available through meal card.Home/Office allowance reimbursement per calendar month, pro-rated based on employment start date.Health insurance: Tillster pays the premium for employee private health insurance.
