We will count on you to

Collaborate with Value Stream Leaders, Operations, and Business Teams: Engage closely with key stakeholders to understand and address challenges to data quality in the Master Database.Drive Business Process Improvements: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for enhancing data quality.Lead and Document Progress: Conduct and lead regular checkpoints, while developing and maintaining detailed documentation to track improvements and ensure transparency.Ensure Cross-Functional Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of innovative business solutions.

What you need to have:

Solid data knowledge and experience in handling data-related initiatives.Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and other business analysis tools.Capable of operating independently and interacting effectively with the business.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.Demonstrated track record of being a fast learner and quickly acquiring new skills.

What makes you stand out?

Insurance experienceProject or Change Management experience is preferred.
