About you:

You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar data analytics role. Must be able to communicate in both English & Mandarin Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus. Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and understanding complex business processes. Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying languages; Python is a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, Lucidchart). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment. Experience in product management or familiarity with product management methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements and assess their fit within the data team's scope. Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business processes, data dictionaries, and ER diagrams for data model development. Develop and maintain Data Requirements Documents (DRDs) detailing data model specifications. Monitor data model progress and facilitate acceptance testing. Maintain user manuals for data models, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support and updates to users via communication channels and Q&A sessions.
