Your Role and Impact?

 

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as loss ratios and sales performance, providing insights from portfolio managers to the board of management. Develop a deep understanding of our data environment, including back-end systems and local data hubs, and contribute to creating a future roadmap of solutions. Act as a bridge between business functions and data solutions, facilitating collaboration and servicing business needs. Generate insights and recommendations for market strategy, sales, operations, finance, and claims departments. Propose, own, and execute ideas as part of smart growth initiatives, with the support of leadership.

Who We’re Looking For?

 

We are seeking a seasoned professional with relevant experience in functional analysis, data analysis, or data warehousing within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with business proficiency in English. Knowledge of Dutch and French being a plus. A relevant quantitative master’s degree in fields such as mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or data/information sciences is essential. Proficiency in Python/SQL or similar tools is required, and familiarity with insurance processes and products is highly advantageous. We value individuals who can navigate our organization effectively, transforming their knowledge into valuable insights that drive our business forward.
