What are the main tasks and responsibilities?

\n\nDrive and define data analytics projects that create business impact in line with the overall business strategy and objectives within the Finance Controlling function in DHL Supply Chain\nUtilize your business acumen to connect analytics techniques with effective reports, leveraging tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory and Power BI to deliver actionable insights across regions and functions.\nLead project teams in delivering descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics use cases, employing advanced programming skills, such as Python, SQL and DAX for data preparation, mapping, cleansing, and feature engineering.\nGather and analyse data from diverse sources to inform strategic business decisions and support process improvements\nApply statistical methodologies to uncover patterns and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.\n\n

What will you need to be successful?

\n\nProven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and third parties effectively.\nStrong experience with Python and SQL for data processing, modelling and pipeline management\nProficiency in Power BI and DAX with the ability to create insightful visualizations\nProven track record in delivering data-driven solutions that impact financial decision-making in a corporate environment.\nStrong relationship-building skills to establish trust and collaboration with colleagues across the DHL Group.\nTechnical expertise to mentor and guide team members and line managers in analytics best practices.\n\n
