The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large datasets related to Affiliate Marketing campaigns for Unilever to extract meaningful insights, help guide strategic decisions and contribute to the overall success of the project. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical, statistical, and data visualization skills, combined with experience in working with business leaders to drive data-driven decisions. **If you're ready to be part of a dynamic team and make a difference in marketing analytics, apply now!** **Responsibilities** **Data Analysis & Reporting:** + Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can inform business strategy. + Develop, maintain, and deliver regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders at various levels. + Deliver actionable insights based on data analysis to drive business improvements and decision-making. **Data Management & Integration:** + Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines for collecting and transforming data from multiple sources. Collaborate to develop self-service data platform that enables ad-hoc access to large datasets, empowering business users to conduct their own analyses. + Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across different systems. + Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency and effectiveness. **Advanced Statistical Analysis:** + Apply statistical techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling to interpret data and provide forecasts. + Develop and test data models to predict performance trends, or other key business metrics. **Data Visualization:** + Create visually compelling and easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and dashboards to present insights to non-technical stakeholders. + Use visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or others) to facilitate better decision-making. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** + Work closely with business leaders and teams (e.g. Project team, Function team…) to understand data needs and translate business questions into analytical solutions. + Lead data-driven projects and work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for optimization. **Mentorship & Leadership:** + Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts and other team members. + Lead projects and initiatives to improve data analysis practices across the team. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree + Fluent at English + 4+ years of experience in DA, preferably at Tech/Ecommerce companies, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role + A curious mindset with passion for data & problem-solving. Proven experience working with large datasets and performing advanced data analysis. **_· Technical Skills:_** + Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases. + Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). + Experience in Python and other similar languages & tools + Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools. **_· Analytical Skills:_** + Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques. + Sharp critical thinking, strong analytical & numerical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights + Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly. **_· Business Acumen:_** + Ability to translate technical data analysis into actionable business insights. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Strong business acumen with a desire to understand the eCommerce industry & eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
