Description Robert Half has a brand new opening for a Senior Data Analyst with a top client here in Tampa Bay, FL. Position is open to being fully REMOTE depending on experience (ONLY if commutable distance to Tampa Bay area) *Candidates that are able to be in a HYBRID schedule will stand out from others* Full-time hours position, with compensation ranging $110-125K depending on experience. Key Responsibilities + Understand Clients’ goals and requirements and develop analytic approaches that meet and exceed their needs by: + Performing quantitative analyses based on eCommerce and Client databases + Developing, maintaining and optimizing both internal and external reporting, including automated dashboards, customized ongoing reports and ad hoc requests + Develop QA methodology for the Analytics team to + Segmenting customer data to monitor performance and identify opportunities + Collaborating with project managers and developers to manage technical solutions and uncover data or tracking discrepancies + Actively work within the tools daily to broaden learnings, with current first-hand knowledge of capabilities. Requirements Competencies/Required Technical Knowledge: + 5+ years of experience and preferably certification with Google Analytics, Tableau, Datorama and Google BigQuery. + Preferred but not required: Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio. + Experience using programming languages (Python, SQL, etc.) to query large databases consisting of business and customer details as well as merging data sources from various platforms. + Strong data mining abilities and natural curiosity to dig deep into the metrics to solve problems or identify opportunities + High attention to detail and ability to work independently and under tight deadlines + Ability to work efficiently on a team and successfully collaborate on large projects + Agency experience is required. *Must be eligible for full-time hours on W2 - no c2c* Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
