Role Description Participate in the full lifecycle of complex data pipeline development - analysis, design, build, documentation, and testing. Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and work with partners across various multi-functional teams to implement data quality controls. Translate requirements and business logic into technical solutions. Monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly production processes that source key data, build metrics etc. Proactively look for opportunities to optimize data pipelines and innovate to improve the data democratization and consumption needs Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field 3-7 years experienced in distributed big data frameworks like Hadoop & Spark Candidate with understanding of cloud concepts – GCP & Bigquery will be preferred Shell / Python scripting experience Expertise in writing complex, highly-optimized queries across large data sets Team player and able to effectively work across multiple teams on solutions that have complex dependencies and requirements in a fast-paced environment Experience with Tableau or any other BI tool is a big plus. Detail-orientation with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability and willingness to work with partners across time zones and markets.
