We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Data Architect to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable data architecture that supports CentraCare's strategic objectives. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Fabric and other cutting-edge technologies to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization and improve patient care.

Schedule:

Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Remote Days | 8-hour shifts | 8am - 5pm

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $88,522.82 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range:  $88,522.82 - $132,805.61 per year Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required 5 years' experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a similar role required 2 years of ETL development required Proven experience with data modeling techniques (e.g., dimensional, star schema). Strong SQL development using best practice industry standards Strong SQL and scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, R). Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP). Certifications in Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate). Experience with Epic Systems, specifically Epic Clarity / Caboodle Data Model and Development Certification(s)Model/Clinical or Financial (or legacy equivalents) Strong Microsoft SSIS experience and SQL experience   Experience specializing in Microsoft Azure technologies (Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, MS Fabric, Azure Data Factory and Synapse), with a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric.
