The team you will be a part of

The Data Science team is responsible for modeling complex business problems, discovering business insights and identifying opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques. In addition to advanced analytics skills, this role is also proficient at integrating and preparing large, varied datasets, architecting specialized database and computing environments, and communicating result.

This role in summary

Responsible as a project / technical lead for delivering Visual Analytics Projects using Tableau & SQL

Experience - 6+ Years 

Location - Kharadi, Pune

Your responsibilities will include

Define scope of activities related to the project.

Consideration of functional requirements and understanding while defining scope

Propose methodologies of data collection / analysis and cross functional synergy

Optimization of functional processes to reduce efforts using automation in data collection/ data analysis

Analyze data from functional perspective

Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques

Involve planning the business analysis effort, determining how requirements will be managed, and reviewing deliverables.

Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection Strategies

Responsible for coordinating the efforts of multiple business analysts on a project

Basic level Database Management

Help create a plan for the individual project delivery.

Taking proactive preventive/corrective actions in case of Risk/Issues.

Suitable escalation to stakeholders for corrective actions.

Expected to mentor and coach Business Analyst for troubleshooting delivery related issues

Organize and deliver Training Activities.

Minimum requirements

Hands-on Tableau and Tableau Prep experience of at least 6 years

Hands on SQL experience of at least 5 years

Skilled in Data Storytelling and insight generation

Good understanding of Supply Chain domain and delivered multiple projects

Project Management experience of at least 2 years

Preferred skills and experiences

Coached / mentored junior team members in technical areas

Stakeholder management

Database management experience

Intermediate Python skills

Good knowledge of AI / ML tools and techniques. Preferable to have execution experience
