As a Senior Data Center Facilities & Infrastructure Engineer, you will oversee daily operations, manage HVAC and electrical systems, and ensure an optimal environment for our critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for strategic planning, equipping the data center for new initiatives, and developing disaster recovery plans to maintain business continuity. With your extensive experience and technical expertise , you will manage and maintain our electrical systems, UPS (up to 2 ,000 kVA), generators, and HVAC systems, utilizing advanced monitoring and automation tools. Your strong problem-solving abilities will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to power and cooling systems. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will enable you to work effectively with facility management teams, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of projects. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in data center facility operations, including power distribution, cooling systems, and environmental controls. Experience in a senior or leadership role is highly preferred.   Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:    + Design and implement data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cooling systems. + Manage critical infrastructure projects, including expansions and upgrades. + Provide support for HVAC and electrical systems to ensure an optimal environment for data center equipment and technology. + Maintain and monitor data center equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. + Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data center functions and various projects and initiatives. + Mentor junior engineers in infrastructure best practices If you have proven experience in data center management, strong technical knowledge, and excellent leadership skills, we want to hear from you!  Salary Range: $88,000 - $105,000 annually   Schedule: Monday – Friday, onsite position in College Station, Texas. This position must participate in the after-hours on-call rotation. The selected candidate would be expected to take emergency calls on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required .
