Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or equivalent2+ years of experience as a data engineerIn-depth knowledge of data mining, machine learning, and information retrievalExpertise in Hadoop, Spark, and similar frameworksKnowledge of AWS services (S3, EC2, Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lambda)Expertise in at least one programming language such as Java, C++ or Python and coding good practicesFamiliarity with various ETL techniques and frameworksSQL Knowledge

What you’ll do:

Assemble, process, and analyze raw data at scale to support different project requirementsMonitor for data QA anomalies and solve business-rules related issues in ingestion processesRevise and adjust infrastructure where requiredMaintain the data base production systems for performance dashboardsWork closely with internal business media teamsWork with external development and research team for calling APIs, and writing SQL queriesExplore new ideas from industry best practices, data modifications and governanceSelect and integrate required data processing tools and frameworks to improve performance
