Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a Data Engineer - Level 2. Summary: As a Senior Data Engineer, you will develop strategies and solutions to ingest, store, and distribute our big data. Our developers use Big Data technologies including (but not limited to) Hadoop, Pyspark, Hive, JSON, and SQL to develop products, tools and software features. This role is integral to the adoption and implementation of Salvo, our internal Python framework for targeting complex personalization campaigns. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salvo's functionalities and best practices * Develop targeting code in the Salvo framework * Utilize Salvo to support targeting for complex personalization campaigns, ensuring precise and effective targeting strategies * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign targeting using Salvo * Work on accelerating the integration of Dart (front-end application) with Salvo's backend capabilities * Collaborate with development teams to ensure Dart is leveraging Salvo to its full potential and help map out gaps * Work with key business stakeholders to provide support to stakeholders for their complex campaign targeting needs * Partner with key business stakeholders to understand their targeting strategies and translate these into suitable Salvo configurations * Work closely with teams managing the Dart capability roadmap to ensure alignment and synchronization of efforts * Participate in cross-functional meetings to stay updated on changes and updates that impact capability rollout in Dart
