Job Description Day-to-Day: An enterprise insurance employer is looking for a group of Senior Data Engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain scripts and jobs that are required to extract, transform, clean, and load data into operational data stores. A key focus will be on rewriting DataStage legacy scripts and refactoring them into Python. This role will also provide mentorship and technical support to less experienced designers and serve as a project technical lead for mid-sized data projects. This position offers a salary between $115,000 - $130,000. Skills and Requirements Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field  8 + years of Data Engineering experience  6+ years of SQL experience  Strong experience with Lead and Lag functions  Proficient at writing SQL queries from scratch  Proficient at performing date analysis, including forecasting dates within SQL  Experience rewriting legacy scripts and refactoring to Python  Strong knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica or DataStage Preferred:  SQL programming in a DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle environments  Workday programming experience  Experience with Docker/Jenkins  Experience mentoring or leading others in a technical environment null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
