·       Over 10 years of experience, 2+ years in the Lead Data Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role, and 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Platform technology stack

·       Strong experience of GCP services, including BigQuery, BigTable, Dataflow, Dataprep, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL and Composer

·       Skilled in Python or Java.

·       Good understanding of Data modeling and architecture, Data warehousing, ETL tools and best practices, Database design and optimization

·       Proficiency in Relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Bigtable, Firestore, MongoDB, Cassandra etc.)

·       Familiarity with Data security principles and best practices

·       Knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Ansible), Test automation.

·       Knowledge on Observability tools such as GCP Cloud's operations suite, ELK stack, Grafana, Prometheus etc.

·       GCP Professional Data Engineer certification is highly desired.

·       Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

·       Strong abilities in communication and collaboration.
