ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Data Governance Analyst** to join our team. The position is remote with the possibility of occasional client site travel that will differ from engagement to engagement, but is expected to be 10% or less. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Design and develop a comprehensive data governance framework that aligns with the Client’s strategic objectives + Establish and support the operation of a data, analytics, and AI governance council + Develop data governance council workflows and procedures + Develop an enterprise data stewardship program, ensuring that data stewards effectively manage data assets within their domains + Design, develop, implement, and administer data policies, standards, and processes + Configure, manage, promote, administer, and deliver training for data governance tools, including data catalog and data quality tools + Develop and implement data quality frameworks, assess and monitor data integrity, and resolve data quality issues + Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the data governance program **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree + 12+ years’ project management experience + 8+ years’ project management experience for Federal clients + 8+ years’ experience working for a consulting firm + 8+ years’ experience delivering solutions that address data management and analytics challenges (e.g., data strategy, data governance, data architecture, data warehouse, data lake, data science, AI strategy) + Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification + Experience with change management techniques + Experience with Agile Scrum techniques + Experience working with data governance tools + Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** + Advanced degree + Data management certification (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional) + Agile certification preferred (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, SAFe Agilist) **Security Clearance Requirements:** + US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a Secret level clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
