Our Team:The Entities Data team is responsible for the creation and support of core entity data, assignment of risk allocation and corporate hierarchy research for over 7 million public and private companies. To accomplish this, the team relies on the design and implementation of data processing workflows that aim to meet our client’s timeliness, quality and coverage needs.
What's the role?As a Data Management Professional focusing on data quality, you will be responsible for setting the quality strategy to ensure a fit-for-purpose data set. You will also help build out effective data management solutions and promote best practices to define, measure and manage data quality of our datasets. This includes establishing new data quality checks and measuring quality metrics that align with industry standards.
You will also be expected to review current workflows in order to identify and advocate opportunities to improve the quality of data, achieved by designing process improvements or creation or infrastructure enhancements. You will also be required to provide guidance on how to implement processes to measure, monitor and report on our data quality to our internal partners in Product or Sales. The successful candidate will be working hand in hand with our internal center of excellence dedicated to data quality and across teams.

4+ years of professional experience in data quality management and/or establishing data governance metricsExperience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikSenseDemonstrable experience in Data Profiling/Analysis using tools such as Python, R, or SQL-AbilityUnderstanding of ETL processes and broader data workflow engineering conceptsOpenness to change in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work through challengesStrong collaboration skills to work across departments and with global teamsStrong attention to detail and high degree of demonstrated decision-making and problem solving skillsProject management skills and ability to prioritize and adapt to tasks accordinglyWe’d love to see:Data management certification such as DAMA, CDMP or DCAMExperience working with an Agile development methodology such as ScrumDoes this sound like you?

Salary Range = 110000 - 170000 USD Annually + Benefits + BonusThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
