Kforce is working with a client in search of a Data Science Analyst to join their team! The purpose of this job is to assist in developing and maintaining advanced analytic tools by utilizing machine learning and predictive analysis techniques. This position is remote with travel to NYC 2-4 times a year, but you must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CT, DE, FL, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TX, VA, WI. Responsibilities: * Collect, examine, and clean up large sets of data * The Senior Data Science Analyst will develop linear predictive models, such as time series, generalized linear model (GLM), and generalized addictive model (GAM) with minimum guidance * Develop machine learning models, such as gradient boosting machine (GBM), XGBoost, natural language processing (NLP), neural network, and random forest with minimum guidance * Implement and maintain linear predictive and machine learning models * Assist in analytics of special projects and perform additional duties as required, such as geospatial analysis on aerial imagery and generative AI application * The Senior Data Science Analyst will conduct visualization solutions for monitoring model results and managing portfolio performance * Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required
