As a Senior Data Scientist on our team, you will design, develop and deliver data science solutions requiring advanced mathematical methods, statistical and machine learning models in support of data-driven strategies. You will combine data from multiple sources to develop innovative solutions to business problems and collaborate with business partners and other data scientists to develop tailored analytic solutions that inform and influence business decisions across the firm. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, have a learning mindset, and can communicate complex ideas in a straightforward way, this could be the role for you to make a real impact. **Key Responsibilities:** + Work closely with business partners and other data scientists to translate their ideas and requirements into well-formed machine learning problems that enable hyper-personalized experiences for our financial advisors and clients. + Interpret and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating solutions into meaningful value propositions. Clear communication without technical jargon is important to success. + Partner with data engineers and digital product owners to scale and deploy your models into systems. + Act as a mentor and help your teammates learn and grow. + Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in optimization techniques and tools. + Collaborate on and advocate for adoption of best practices and cutting-edge methods within the team.
