About the Role
 

As a Senior Data Scientist II, you will leverage advanced analytics to drive strategic decision-making and solve complex business problems. You will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge data science techniques, contributing to the company's growth and innovation.

Conditions of Employment:

*All Qualified Applicants must reside in Mexico City

*Able to work in person 2-4 days per week as needed

*Bilingual English and Spanish
 

Responsibilities
 

Leading the development and implementation of advanced data models and algorithms to drive business solutions.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas.Providing technical expertise and guidance in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.Evaluating and improving existing models and algorithms for continuous enhancement of data-driven decision-making processes.Mentoring and coaching junior data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and excellence in data science practices.Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of data science advancements.


Requirements
 

Be proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data analysis and manipulation.Possess extensive experience in applying machine learning techniques and statistical models to real-world business problems.Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of data scientists effectively.Have a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven insights and solutions within a corporate environment.Be highly analytical with a keen attention to detail and a passion for solving complex analytical problems.Possess a solid understanding of big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks
