Job Description

Gather and enters information to support corporate office or manufacturing operations. Interacts with management, with manufacturing team members, and with other departments. Completes tasks and responsibilities as assigned by department management.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Assist with CRM data clean-up efforts, including merging duplicate contacts, researching company information, standardizing data, and ensuring that the necessary data fields are populated according to firm standards.Enter data into the system provided by banking teams, including buyer’s logs, call notes, follow up items, and other deal-related information as requested.Perform data quality assessments and regular data cleansing activities.Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.Research internal and external sources to update records and/or complete inaccurate or missing information.Process undeliverable emails, bounce-backs, unsubscribed requests, and new
subscribers.Responsible for general administrative tasks

QualificationsHS diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job, .

Preferred Qualifications: 

Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices a plus.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) a plusAbility to work independently and make informed decisions. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to ask the right questions.Proactive and resourceful in identifying and addressing data issues.Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both in oral and written formAbility to multi-task, prioritize/coordinate deadlines, and track progress of tasksAbility to organize workflow and use time efficientlyAbility to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracyResourceful, driven attitude with a genuine desire to ensure team successMust maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materialsMust establish and maintain effective working relationships in or out of a team environmentUnderstands and adopts the organizational structurePossesses the attitude of collaboration and sharingWillingness to learn and adopt new methodologies
