We will count on you to

Drive business growth and efficiency by analyzing complex processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading strategic solution implementation.Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, address data concerns, and build strong, collaborative relationships.Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.Facilitate sprint calls and develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.Develop comprehensive business cases with cost-benefit analysis to support proposed solutions and drive decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

What you need to have:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on complex projects and strategic initiatives.Strong leadership skills, including experience guiding and mentoring junior team members; team/people management experience is preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across multinational locations.Proficiency in business analysis tools, including Excel, PowerBI, and SQL.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions for complex projects.Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.Demonstrated track record of being a fast learner and quickly acquiring new skills.

What makes you stand out?

Solid insurance experience, with Insurance Institute for Asia and the Pacific certification is a plus.Project or Change Management experience is preferred.
