Responsibilities include managing IT system infrastructure, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution of cross-domain solutions. Additionally, this role involves escalating and communicating status updates to agency management and internal customers, as well as providing support for system and hardware problems and remaining engaged in the resolution process.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in the following:Assisting with escalated tickets from Tier 1 supportCreating new documentation for repeatable solutions for Tier 1 troubleshootingUpdating scripted responsesAnalyzing quarantined data to determine the causeDocumenting tickets with comprehensive detailsPatching IAVA systems at each security domainRe-routing NiFi Data Flows around system blockagesPerforming system backup and restore tasksDocumenting all changes made to systemsClosing or escalating tickets as appropriateThree (3) years of experience with LinuxOne (1) year of experience with NiFiDoD 8570 Compliance IAM Level 1 certification is requiredNine (9) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal GovernmentBachelor’s degree in a Technical, Math, or Business discipline from an accredited college or University OR 13 Years of technical experience Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph About Kaizen ApproachWe love what we do, and that drives us to create the best possible results for our customers.
