About the Role
As a Database and Systems Administrator within the Business Intelligence and Sales Operations team, you will have a unique opportunity to create and manage a comprehensive data ecosystem (Data Servers, Databases, ETL, Data Visualization…) utilizing the latest technology while gaining insights into our sales teams' daily operations and the business. You will own and manage the entire Systems and database backbone allowing us to deliver best in class analytics and tools to a vast array of 400+ Stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage our complete data infrastructure, including Data servers, Databases, ETL processes, and Tableau setup, ensuring reliability and performance.Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence and Sales Operations analysts on your team to construct and maintain top-tier reports and tools.Spearhead the implementation of a new web-based interface for managing stakeholder input and backend maintenance tasks.Collaborate with the Architecture and technical support teams to implement robust data governance principles, best practices, a comprehensive business continuity plan, and compliance with legal and company standards.Continually identify optimization opportunities and turn them into realityRequirements3+ years experience managing Data Warehouses, databases, ETL processes,Strong understanding of database infrastructure, maintenance, administration, and design.Ability to complete root cause analysis on database and systems-related issues.Strong skills in Data modeling / Database designRobust analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.High level of motivation and commitment, proactive attitude, and a desire to make a difference.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage efficiently with internal stakeholders.Friendly, professional demeanor with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.Good oral and written English communication skillsAbility and desire to learn new processes and technologies.Previous experience with Snowflake, DBT, and Tableau desired, experience with MSSQL and Talend is a plus
