Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Manage customer's service and operational expectations and provide analysis of key performance metrics.

Proactively review current capacity to determine appropriate adjustments in order to provide optimal planning opportunities and full utilization of equipment.Provide direction/guidance to assigned Dedicated Account Managers, operations team, and client to identify and correct service issues at the root cause.Recommend, negotiate and implement transportation solutions to meet customer network needs.Drive profitability for Knight by highlighting opportunities and engaging Knight Dedicated Operations to continuously improve solutions.Collaborate activities with other departments to build supply chain accuracy, standard procedures, controls, practices and systems.Develop on-site associates and foster solid working relationship with Knight and customer associates.Drive customer satisfaction with KPI compliance.solutions to complex issues and Profitability stewardship for both the customer and KnightDrive revenue growth with existing customers by ensuring value added solutions are implemented and operated effectively.Implementing and orchestrating the strategic value proposition to multiple Knight Dedicated customers in the regionProactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

4 years' experience in progressively responsible roles in the transportation industry required.Demonstrated experience in network management/planning required.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.Must be able to lead, influence and motivate employees at all levels in a cross functional, diverse and changing environment.Must possess exceptional interpersonal, decision making and analytical abilities with a creative approach to problem solving.Must have strong decision making skills with and able to negotiate effectively.Must be able to manage and motivate others.Must be able to work in a high pressure environment.

Pay Range: $63,000.00 - $88,000.00 Annual
