Senior Defined Benefit Calculation Developer
Job Description:

In this role, you will apply your technical and problem-solving ability to design, configure, and implement calculation engines and websites that support our client’s needs. Your combination of interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, and technical skills will help the cross functional implementation team deliver the best possible client and participant experience.

The Skills You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in technical field such as Math, Computer Science, or similar area preferred

Experience programming in any language

Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans preferred

Experience with ProAdmin development preferred

2-4 years of experience with pension administration, programming languages, or other related fields

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
