Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Delivery Manager in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities: * Senior Delivery Manager will facilitate delivery of complex product initiatives and/or cross-functional initiatives including business stakeholders, lead and supporting Technology teams, product teams, creative teams, vendors, and consultants through all phases of the project life cycle * Responsible for facilitating requirements gathering for technology solutions, and effectively guiding resources to achieve goals * Responsible for facilitating Agile team ceremonies and effectively guiding resources to achieve goals * Responsible for adhering to the current project and/or product management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures * Create and manage a complex realistic, detailed plan to ensure on time, within scope and with awareness of budgetary constraints * Serve as a primary problem solver for any issues, roadblocks, and risks; Maintaining responsibility for their resolution; Demonstrate servant leadership with the teams * Effectively create and deliver presentations and reports to management team, communicating project and/or product status * Drive the decision-making process amongst stakeholders, ensuring project/product needs and solution options are presented and understood
