We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Brand IP Delivery Management Team in Belgrade, Serbia. In this role, you will work closely with development teams or cross-functional projects, leading planning processes, tracking progress, and driving collaboration to deliver successful outcomes. You’ll play a key role in streamlining workflows and improving processes for greater efficiency.

We’re seeking someone experienced with Agile/Lean methodologies, technical practices, metrics-driven improvements, and skilled in using Jira. This is a great opportunity to make an impact while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

You have 5 years of experience coming from either:Project Management knowledge and experience, including Agile methodologies, demonstrated as part of/within current/previous role(s) and/orExposure to technology and software development environments (you have worked in a leading role within the Software Development Life Cycle)5 years of experience managing and improving documentation, delivering data-driven reports, and engaging with senior stakeholders, including Business Unit directors.

5 years of experience in managing technical discussions

5 years of experience in planning and forecasting at ticket and project levels, including capacity planning, timelines, and dependency management

You have at least 1-2 years experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.

Experience with Agile transformation within organizations.

Exposure to working with multicultural, global, and remote teams, with adaptability to change.

Hands-on collaboration with development teams and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile best practices (e.g., DevOps, BDD, CI/CD).

Proficiency in measuring and improving team outcome metrics and expertise in Jira, including project and board administration.

PMP, PMI-ACP or other recognized project management certification (encouraged).

You will be responsible for driving your team to deliver value, improve the flow of work and delivery of output/outcomes.You will be implementing Agile/Lean practice and select/combine practices from various sources in your team(s) to meet team’s requirement and style.You will be managing data reporting in timely and data-driven manner.You will be facilitating and managing discussions, meetings and technical conversations within your multidisciplinary teams as well as up/downstream dependent/contributing teams.You will be actively managing the partnership of Tech and Product and will be a valued escalation point for any team member, resolving issues within your team.Your will be responsible to drive continuous improvement cycle, proactively leading in driving change.

Brand IP is a sub-segment within the IP organization of Clarivate, focusing on Trademark Intelligence and Services. Brand IP supports clients through the full Trademark Lifecycle, starting from Trademark Research, through Filing and Watch and to Recordals or Renewals, housing market leading brands like CompuMark, Darts-ip, Trademark Vision to support each of these areas.

About the Team 

You will join the Brand IP Delivery Management Team in Belgrade, collaborating closely with Brand IP development teams and other cross-functional groups. The team typically manages large-scale or medium-sized development teams, including newly formed or complex teams, as well as programs involving cross-team projects. As part of this dynamic environment, the team focuses on driving value delivery, improving workflows, and fostering collaboration to achieve measurable outcomes. With a strong foundation in Agile/Lean methodologies, technical practices, and metrics-driven improvements, the Delivery Team emphasizes continuous learning, efficient processes, and impactful results.
