Compensation

The compensation target range for this role is:

$22.00 - $23.27

Job Summary

The Sr. Delivery Specialist will be directly responsible for exemplifying the Purple brand while executing in-home deliveries and set ups of our sleep products. This will include interfacing with customers in a professional, courteous manner, keeping to a strict delivery schedule/route and providing customer service on Purple products. As the senior member of a two-person team, you will also direct the efforts of the partner delivery specialist.

Work schedule is Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Performing in-home deliveries of Purple beds and bases (powered and non-powered) 

Be the expert in Purple products to field customer questions/concerns 

Be a brand ambassador by executing a high level of service 

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 

High School Diploma or equivalent 

Able to lift 120 lbs. on own, and up 280 lbs. in two-person team 

Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record 

Sales or Customer Service experience 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS 

Clear and courteous verbal communication 

Able to keep strict standards for delivery execution 

Be customer focused 

Able to train and direct the delivery associate 

Must pass a background check and drug test 

Willing to work 12-hour shifts
