Logan Health is searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Department Assistant to support our team in ensuring our properties run smoothly and efficiently.What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Department Assistant for Property Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our operations on track. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the main point of contact for property management staff and stakeholders.
Providing high-level administrative and technical support while maintaining accuracy and organization.
Assisting leadership with financial tracking, budget preparation, and operational performance metrics.
Overseeing documentation, credentialing, and compliance tracking to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Coordinating schedules, meetings, and department communications with precision and professionalism.
Supporting day-to-day property management tasks, including vendor coordination and invoice processing.
Your work will help ensure Logan Health’s properties are well-maintained, compliant, and ready to support the needs of our organization and community.
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for a versatile professional with a strong background in administrative and/or property management roles. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience
At least two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Administrative support or office management.
Customer service, reception, or retail.
Bookkeeping or accounting.
Healthcare or medical office settings.
Skills and Knowledge
Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Knowledge of confidentiality laws, including HIPAA (preferred).
Additional Qualifications
A current Driver’s License and a clean driving record (if driving is required).
Notary Public certification (preferred).
