Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and modify the standard designs of equipment, systems, or installations, including standard specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, or construction, using standard design concepts. Each day, you will design engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to contract specifications. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to design reviews and design verification and modifying the design, as necessary. The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation, Energy business in Thailand.You will be mainly accountable for:- Creates / reviews complete project documents for conformity, safety, and quality assurance.- Reviews, adjusts design as necessary based on output of design to meet the contractual obligations.- Optimizes designs to meet updated standards, incorporating new products, components, and functionalities.- Seeks feedback from the customer to drive and deliver improvement of technical solutions. Shares best practices and lessons-learned documentation across different projects- Contributes to the preparation of specific aspects of design assignments to meet the contractual obligations, adhering to relevant standards, safety, cybersecurity, and quality. Shares experiences in workshops pertaining to engineering design, tools, and processes.- Participates in project meetings and presents specific aspects of design assignments.- Applies basic design thinking or design for excellence concepts in projects.- Performs project peer-reviews, utilizing checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines.

Qualifications for the role

You are at ease communicating in English & be an active learner of all available business applications/ tools applied for Process Automation Systems
