As a Senior Design Verification Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc. you will lead the design verification quality team to oversee DEG design verification activities and ensure that the DRAM design meets the highest standards and requirements. You will be responsible for defining and updating DRAM verification requirements and managing the verification silicon learning process. As part of your work, you will be working with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate state-of-the-art verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.

Our Expectations: 

Collaborate with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.Enable and maintain the JAMA verification requirement management system.Author verification training programs.Participate and audit the verification activities and reviews.Manage the project verification and silicon fail feedback learning process.Develop an expert-level understanding in the DRAM circuit design and verification.

   

How To Qualify: 

 A Bachelors, or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Effective consultative and influencing approach, including solid written communication skills.Acute project management skills.Experience with VLSI circuit design and/or verification methodologies.Able to collaborate and conduct occasional off-hour meetings with international team members. 

  

What Sets You Apart: 

  Good understanding in DRAM design and verification flow.Digital and Analog verification knowledge, e.g. system verilog, UVM, Spice. Experience with requirements management tools, e.g. JAMA Ability to build solid relationships with various engineering teams, business units, and cross-functional organizations within Micron. Ability to translate strategy to action; influence, negotiation, change management, and presentation.  Ability to build and lead requirement management methodology from various internal and external organizations across geographies. Excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
