POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Designer, Multimedia is responsible for the creation and adaptation of motion graphics and 3D animation content for City of Dreams Macau and Studio City Macau

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focus on production of the motion graphics and 3D animation contents, such as, promotions, digital signage, announcement to be display within and out of the propertiesStoryboard development and production process from planning to project executionApply visual communication design skills and technical expertise for motion graphics and 3D animation content production and output solutionsEnsure the appropriate display output of contentsKnowledge upon digital signage systems, such as, Four Winds Interactive, Scala, Digital Video on Demand, video encoding/decoding, LED display etcAttention on the reconfiguring of media displays, including relocation throughout the propertyCommunicate, liaise and partner with staff members and other departments and business units as required to inform them of production and operational issuesAssist Multimedia Manager to ensure the completion and logging of regular video systems and checks throughout the complexes including all monitors and screensEnsure all contents production equipment faults are logged and repaired in a timely mannerRequired to act as a mentor to Multimedia Designers

                            

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience (please indicate minimum required and preferred experiences)

Minimum 3-5 years experiences in the a related disciplineRelevant technical experience in visual communication design, animation, video production, video broadcasting, audio-visual installation and video networkSolid motion graphics and 3D animation portfolio

Education (please indicate minimum and preferred academic requirements)

Relevant tertiary qualifications in multimedia design or equivalent professional training

Skills / Competencies (please indicate requisite competencies that are qualified for the position)

Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator, Maxon Cinema 4D, Video Copilot Element 3D, Final Cut Pro X, Red Giant Trapcode Suite, familiar with video and audio equipment operationStrong people management and leadership skillsFlexible in working hours, as this may require extra hours/out of normal work hoursStrong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressureStrong time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality
