In a Nutshell: As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping creative executions across social media and digital campaigns. Working within a dynamic team structure, you’ll lead the development of compelling visual content, push the boundaries of social-first design, and ensure high-quality execution across various platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stay ahead of emerging trends to develop innovative, brand-aligned visual storytelling. This position will be required to work in the NYC office 2-3 days a week. What You’ll Do: + Work within a dynamic team structure with several creative leads, supporting and delivering on core community and brand-specific campaigns. + Execute and produce high-quality design communications for diverse media, with a strong focus on social platforms. + Conceptualize and execute ideas across a variety of social platforms, ensuring they align with industry best practices and brand identity. + Assist in the creation of visually compelling presentation/workshop materials and tools. + Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments to tackle rapid-fire requests and tight timelines. + Attend creative brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings, contributing meaningful ideas and helping shape design strategies. + Develop and refine design concepts based on creative briefs and clients’ business strategies. + Create a variety of design deliverables, including: + Video Editing + Static assets and end cards + Social media content creation + Deck design + Mockups and brand design elements + Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new design technologies to keep our creative approach fresh and innovative. What You’ve Got: + 2-5 years of design experience, developing and creating for digital and social-first campaigns within a marketing or advertising environment. + Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). + Deep knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and their design capabilities/limitations. + Strong typography skills and a deep understanding of composition, layout, and branding principles. + Interest in illustration, 3D design (Cinema 4D, Blender), and UI/UX principles is a plus. + Understanding of digital marketing trends, platform capabilities, and how design contributes to engagement and performance. + Ability to implement feedback seamlessly and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Strong communication and collaboration skills, eager to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment. + Highly adaptable, willing to experiment with new tools and creative approaches to stay ahead of emerging design trends. + A collaborative and positive team player who fosters creativity and respect among colleagues.
