Job Description
The Senior Designer is responsible for leading all design phases for interior projects, establishing the vision, leading the team, and maintaining extensive client interaction. This role involves developing the overall design for projects, directing staff to complete design and technical drawings, and reviewing the work of junior staff.

The office is located in the Loop, right across from Millennium Park and the Art Institute, with 22 offices across the US. The schedule includes 3 days in the office (Monday and Wednesday are mandatory, with a choice of the third day) and 2 days remote. The office has a team of 37 currently, consisting of a design-focused team, a technical-focused team, and a graphic design team. The main project types include Workplace, Retail, and Hospitality, with a focus in Chicago on Corporate Workplace Interiors. There is reimbursement for passed exams for licensure and study groups available.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
