For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._** **Responsibilities:** **Responsibilities:** + Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and equipment. + Troubleshoot problem areas in person, by telephone, or via email to ensure timely resolution. + Provide end-user assistance and support for various technical issues. + Build and maintain workstations and laptops to meet organizational standards. + Document issues and solutions using the Remedy ticketing system. + Create user documentation for new processes and applications to enhance user experience. **Experience Requirements:** **Job Requirements:** + Proficiency in PC hardware installation and maintenance. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11. + Experience with Adobe Acrobat Reader and Professional, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud Applications. + Familiarity with IBM DB2 and Data Studio. + Expertise in Microsoft Office 2019/M365. + Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). + Proficiency in using JIRA and Remedy Ticketing Systems. + Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. + Strong customer service orientation. **Education Requirements:** **Education Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED. + Minimum of 5 years of related experience in IT support or a similar role. + Must be a US Citizen to apply. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
