To oversee the development, customization, configuration, and management of Dynamics 365 CRM applications within our global enterprise IT framework. This role will enhance operational efficiency through continuous improvement and professional growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM applications, ensuring real-time, bi-directional data synchronization between the CRM solution and Microsoft Office products, including Azure, Office 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and MS Teams.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with internal and external systems using APIM solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability, and support bulk data import, advanced analytics, reporting, APIs, and Spatial Searches.
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of software development.
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Implement necessary security measures and access controls within the CRM system.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT & Science or a closely related field (required)
Technical Competence & Skills:
Demonstrated technical and analyst skills on prior Microsoft Dynamics projects and implementations.
Proficiency in C# and JavaScript
Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, including how to leverage these tools for enhanced functionality within Dynamics 365.
Proficient in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with internal and external systems using APIs and APIM solutions.
Experience with data migration, bulk data import processes, and ensuring data integrity
Relevant Experience:
Over 5 years of development experience in IT, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Field Service), Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), and integration with Azure, Office 365, and MS Teams.
Experience customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and supporting real-time, bi-directional data synchronization between CRM and Microsoft Office products.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
