Senior Developer - SFDC, Certinia, CPQ

The role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Salesforce (SFDC), Certinia, and CPQ to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance our Salesforce platform and integrate with Certinia and CPQ systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and best practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

 

Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including integrations with Certinia and CPQ. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement and configure Certinia and CPQ solutions to meet business needs. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. Perform data migrations and integrations using Salesforce APIs and middleware tools. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce, Certinia, and CPQ. Optimize system performance and ensure scalability and reliability of solutions. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

 

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong portfolio of custom solutions. Expertise in Certinia and CPQ development and configuration. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. Experience with integration tools and middleware such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
