Join Our Innovative Team as a Senior Development Engineer for Connected Vehicle Applications!
Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology, IoT, and connected vehicles? We are looking for a dynamic, skilled Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of connected vehicle applications. You’ll be at the forefront of developing safe, reliable, and high-performance embedded systems for the next generation of IoT and connected vehicles, working closely with customers, engineers, sales teams, and industry standards committees.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design and develop robust embedded systems for IoT and connected vehicle applications, ensuring reliability and safety.
+ Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and standards organizations to deliver top-tier connected vehicle products.
+ Lead customer-facing interactions, including training, installation, and technical support for connected vehicle products.
Skills and Experience:
+ At least three years of professional work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar engineering discipline
+ Understanding of SAE connected vehicle standards, C programming, and Qualcomm Aerolink security software.
+ Knowledge of product certifications and compliance (e.g., FCC Part 90M, Verizon IoT, OmniAir).
+ Embedded Systems & RTOS Expertise: Experience with ARM, Xilinx (Microblaze, Zynq), PIC32MK, ESP32, FreeRTOS, Yocto, Buildroot, and VXWorks.
+ Understanding of TCP/IP, AT-Command networking, SAE J2735, IEEE 1609.3 (WAVE), ASN1, SPAT (Traffic Controller), UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN.
+ Proficient in GDB (local & remote), Segger tracing, JLink, Valgrind, GCC Address/Thread Sanitizers, and advanced tools like Logic Analyzers and Oscilloscopes.
+ Experience with FPGA-based filters, discrete RF design, and RF production test systems.
+ Capable of minor kernel modifications, building kernels, and working with chroot environments.
+ Proficiency in Orcad and KiCad for schematic and PCB layout design.
+ Experience with CI/CD, JetBrains TeamCity, Git, and embedded CI workflows.
