Fortinet is hiring a Senior DevOps Developer to assist the FortiCare Team (.net developer experience would be big plus). This person will also need to help administer the backend as well as any configuration in SN for CSM module.
Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth delivery of software through various test stages and into production. Work with development team to support changing needs in development, test and production environments Monitor server status and application logs on production environments. Take ownership where necessary to troubleshoot and resolve failures in the Dev, Test and Production environment, and work closely with development and QA teams to drive resolution. Plan and execute deployment on production servers in after-hours. 24x7 on-call for emergency. As system administrator manages ServiceNow CSM and ITSM moduleSkills & Requirements:
Expert of build, deploy and trouble shoot .Net applications in IIS Experience in IIS management, such as performance, security tuning etc Experience in .NET tools, such as MS Visual Studio, MSBuild etc Experience in CI tools like Jenkins Experience with source code management tools such as SVN, Git Expertise with Windows systems administration using scripts such as PowerShell Excellent knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server and experience in DBA role using SSMS Excellent knowledge of HTTPS (certificates, TLS, Ciphers etc.) Experience in certificate management Experience with VM environment Experience in a 24×7 production environment delivering high availability or mission-critical applications; available for on-call Experience with implementing and managing technology and business processes around security and change management Experience in programming languages such as C#, Angular, ASP.Net, T-SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript etc. Experience on Linux, Graylog, Kafka would be good plus Administrator experience with ServiceNow CRM and ITSM moduleThe Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $90,000 - $135,000 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
