What You’ll Do 

Support and maintain application infrastructure and platforms across on-premises and cloud-based environments   Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and incidents, conducting thorough root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.  Collaborate closely with engineering teams and other technical and non-technical teams in an international setting.  Develop and implement solutions that enhance reliability, scalability, and performance of our platforms, improve user and developer autonomy and self-service capabilities.  Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve infrastructure and deployment processes. 

 

What You’ll Bring  

Proficient knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems  Expertise in one or more DevOps tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ELK or Ansible.  Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure is an advantage.  Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies is a plus.  Understanding of network functioning principles and web technologies, including HTTP protocol, web technologies  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams.
