The Senior DevOps Engineer role is a key multi-skilled role responsible for ensuring that applications are designed, developed, deployed, and maintained in alignment with infrastructure capabilities and operational considerations. This role is focused on the Platform operation side for all the 3 Core Tech areas (middleware, Pegasystems & messaging platform) and it requires collaboration with a large set of stakeholders across Infrastructure, Architecture and Development to ensure applications run smoothly and are scalable in meeting transaction growth.

What you’ll do …
Provide operations and infrastructure support to the software delivery teams.Support our production deployment and disaster recovery capabilities.Drive Continuous Improvement by extending automation across the software delivery, infrastructure, and operations practices.Knowledge Sharing and expertise and help uplift the capabilities and skills across various teams.What we’re looking for…
Demonstrated experience in Software/Coding development with minimum 6+years of DevOps experience.Hands on Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (Azure), Majorly in Azure: Azure Kubernetes services, Azure IAM, Azure Key vaults and other Azure Services (AZ CLI and Terraform).Hands on experience in Linux Administration (Including patch management and Certificate rotations).Experience configuring, deploying & supporting Enterprise software via Devops pipelines using Azure Devops as the Pipeline Tool (or similar).Experience working with CI/CD methodology, Automation and Cloud management tools.Hands on Experience with scripting language such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform.Experience with Troubleshoot and debug infrastructure, network, and operating system issues & Performance issues.Basic understanding of tools like - Grafana, Splunk and open for off hours work (On-call support).What’s in it for you?
