We are a fun and exciting web application and Big Data company. To meet an ever- increasing public demand, we are looking to hire a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Ruby on Rails product development hosted on AWS and other Java based solutions hosted on GCP and Azure. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our growing and company.

  

What You’ll Be Doing:

Contribute to the development and release of desktop products and web applicationsSupport IT functions hosting services on AWS and GCP, continuous integration, test automation.Help our team support APIs for external clientsUse modern infrastructure tools and platforms to automate our systems

Job Qualifications:

Requirements:

3+ years professional work experienceProficient with AWS (EC2, RDS, SQS, CloudFront, Auto Scaling Groups), AWS SDKs, Route53, ELB, Lambda functionsEquivalent proficiency on GCP, Azure proficiency a big plusStrong knowledge of TerraformContinuous integration (Semaphore, Jenkins), Test AutomationDB: PostgreSQL, PostGIS, Redis, MySQLExperience with NGINX, LinuxExperience with Windows Server and MS SQL Server 2019 or newerStrong programming and scripting fundamentals (Bash, PowerShell, Visual script)Containers such as DockerExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilitiesA desire to write tools and applications to automate work rather than do everything by handPassionate about Continuous Build, Integration, Test, and Delivery systems

Familiarity with the following is a strong plus:

Tools: JIRA, Confluence, GithubExperience or exposure to Agile/SCRUM is idealMVC frameworks (Ruby on Rails) a strong plusHTML/JS frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, Foundation)
