Responsibilities and Key Outcomes 

 

You will be responsible for the following key deliverables:Deploy web applications (frontend, backend) to MS Azure & Microservices (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)Create and Manage Azure Components (Databases, Application Gateway, Frontdoor, IoT Hub, etc.)Create, manage, oversee Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment PipelinesTroubleshoot Application BuildsImplement Security Best PracticesLeverage (MS Azure) Logging & Monitoring to continuously observe the environmentConsult and design technical solution considering feasibility, IS architecture & policies and cost efficiencyIdentify and implement technological improvement Measures

 

Job Requirements 

 

Education and work experience

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar experienceWork experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role: 3+ years

 

Technical & Professional Knowledge (mandatory)

 

Solid understanding of Azure Devops and Azure PortalAble to understand Developer’s language; required to translate and implement their needs in Azure DevOpsYou are well experienced working with CI/CD pipelining toolsYou have multiple years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform and have applied them in numerous projects to implement scalable and reliable infrastructureWorking Knowledge of PostgresSQLExperienced in dealing with GitHub 

 

Technical & Professional Knowledge (additional plus/nice to have skills)

 

Understand Business requirementsAbility to create technical documentationPresent & explain work results within team and stakeholder communityScripting (Bash, Powershell)Experience in agile working methods / experience in Kanban You are able to create and maintain Build Agent PoolsMaven and NPM builds knowledge as well as Sonarqube Pipeline Integration
