Job Summary :

As a REMOTE I.T. Senior Devops Support Specialist( .Net I.T. – TechInnovation ), the incumbent would be responsible for supporting existing new software applications.

Responsibilities :

 

This is a support position for Philippines location.The Support role will provide technical and business support for end users. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed. Partners with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements.Participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production.Engages in post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.Manages, maintains and supports applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.Identify issues/bugs and devise solutions to mitigate issues.Work closely with the project stakeholders as needed.

Skills Requirements:

 

Experience with .Net Framework/.net 5/.net 6 and SQL server requiredRelevant development experience strongly preferred.Experience/knowledge of REST APIs preferred.Experience/knowledge of Javascript, Angular and/or React JS preferred.Experience with Amazon AWS cloud preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication Skills required.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
