Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a Product Expert with experience in robotic process automation products to lead a dynamic team of innovators in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Platform Project. This position is fully remote.\n\n\n

Responsibilities\n\n\n

Candidates must be highly organized, adaptable, and intellectually curious self-starters who have a passion for innovation and collaboration. The candidate will be responsible for successfully executing project tasks and for ensuring coordination and desired outcomes are accomplished. The environment is dynamic, and flexibility and forward-thinking views are important for success.\n\n\n\nProvides technical support for RPA platform management and developers\n\nConducts full security package reviews on all patches, and minor and major releases\n\n\nProvides input and support for the Data Warehouse for platform metrics and development teams' custom metrics for automations\n\n\nMetrics include - transaction time, run time, return on investment, hours run, uptime, exceptions, etc.\n\n\n\n\nDevelops and supports the CI\/CD pipeline for automations in the review, release, and promotion lifecycle\n\nConducts Data Reliability Framework for RPA\nProvides RPA status and metrics reporting that includes:\nMonthly RPA automation metrics reporting\nWeekly RPA automation status reporting\nData Product Line quarterly score cards\n\n\nProvides input to RPA strategy and planning sessions to highlight completed program milestones and plans for upcoming fiscal year tasks\n\nManages utilization of, and license tracking for vendor platform\n\n\nFacilitates customer through Authority to Deploy (ATD) process\n\n\nFacilitates customer interaction with system integrator\n\nEnsures required documentation (PDD, SDD, Runbook, Test Plan) are delivered by system integrator\n\n
\n\n\nQualifications\n\nMaster's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.\n5+ years of experience\nOr, 10 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education\n\n
\nRequired Skills and Experience\n\n\nKnowledge of architecture concepts\n\n\nExperience with robotic process automation\n\n\nExperience working with UI Path\n\n\nExperience working in Jira, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Confluence\n\n\nProduct delivery experience within IT organizations\n\n\nStrong analytical and investigative skills\n\n\nMust be able to identify and mitigate program risks, and escalate risks as necessary\n\n\nMust be a problem solver\n\n\n
\nPreferred Skills and Experience\n\n\nExperience working within the VA Office of Information Technology\n\n\nExperience with Kubernetes\n\n\nExperience working on remote Agile teams\n\n\n
