As a DFT engineer you will be responsible for:

Development and implementation of DFT architectureDesign and verification of DFT logic and componentsGeneration of high-quality test and debug patternsSilicon bring-up, diagnosis and support

Qualifications
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical EngineeringAt least 5 years in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineerScripting (Python/Perl/Tcl)Chip design, Verilog and System VerilogVerification, UVM methodology ATPG toolsExperience with Mentor toolsFamiliarity with ATE

Advantage-

Experience with DDR / PCie/ SerDes testingStatic timing analysis
