Senior DFT Engineer

Love your job.** In this position, you will be working on high-speed mixed-signal communication circuits using state-of-the art process technology, as well as be involved in the design of high performance digital circuits interfacing to leading edge analog circuitry as part of an overall system. Your responsibilities will include RTL coding, simulation, synthesis, timing closure, verification, evaluation, debugging of high-speed communication chips both at the circuit level and behavioral level. As a design engineer, you will prepare test methods and specifications, assist in preparation of application information, data sheets and demo boards. You will develop solutions to complex problems through assessment of various techniques and approaches. You will plan and organize work to ensure timely completion of many independent tasks with general instructions on routine tasks and with detailed instructions on new assignments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Design for Test (DFT) methodologies and strategies for our microcontroller products. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of innovative products. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement DFT methodologies and strategies for microcontroller products + Create and maintain DFT-related documentation, including test plans and test reports + Collaborate with design, verification, and validation teams to ensure DFT requirements are met + Develop and execute test patterns to ensure that products meet quality, reliability, and performance requirements + Work with cross-functional teams to resolve test-related issues and improve overall product quality + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in DFT and microcontrollers **Requirements:** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field + 2-5 years of experience in DFT, with a focus on microcontrollers + Strong knowledge of DFT principles, including scan, BIST, and boundary scan + Experience with DFT tools, such as Mentor Graphics, Cadence, or Synopsys + Excellent communication and teamwork skills
