About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with extensive expertise in large scale datAa analytics to join our digital insights team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience analyzing digital marketing performance across paid media, organic channels, website behavior, and connecting these insights to revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to leverage high level understanding of analytics dashboards and reports tracking paid media campaigns, website traffic, website engagement metrics, and down funnel revenue attribution Conduct in-depth analysis of customer journey from initial touchpoint through conversion to revenue generation Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across marketing channels to optimize ROI Generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for marketing investments Optimize data collection strategies to ensure accurate tracking across digital touchpoints Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and finance to align on revenue goals Present complex analytical findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data analysisRequirements
10+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics with focus on revenue attribution Advanced expertise in Adobe Analytics Suite (including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Anlaytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Data Profiler) Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence Demonstrated experience analyzing paid media campaigns (SEM, display, social) Expertise in organic channel analysis (SEO, social media, content performance) Experience working with website analytics (user behavior, conversion funnels, A/B testing) Strong knowledge of revenue attribution models and connecting marketing activities to business outcomesA SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation a plus Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendationsPreferred Qualifications
Adobe Analytics Certified Expert certification Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Power BI certification Experience with additional analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or CJA, GA4, PowerBi) Experience with A/B testing analysis and multi-touch attribution Background in B2B or digital business analytics Understanding of machine learning applications in marketing analyticsAbout us We’re a global team of innovators.
