U.S. Bank is seeking a Digital Analytics Engineer to lead the end-to-end design and development of solutions for collecting and managing digital and marketing clickstream data. This role requires a strong foundation in software engineering, automation, and scalable data collection architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital data collection, third-party digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.), and enterprise architecture. They should have experience designing and implementing clickstream data solutions that integrate with complex enterprise ecosystems. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design and develop scalable, self-service digital data collection platforms aligned with enterprise technology strategies. + Automate and optimize data collection, data quality, and monitoring processes using JavaScript. + Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business stakeholders to bring solutions to life. + Ensure data integrity and reliability, implementing robust quality control and monitoring solutions. + Analyze large datasets using SQL or third-party analytics platforms to extract insights and optimize data strategies. + Provide thought leadership on digital data collection, aligning strategies with business goals and enterprise technology frameworks. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other clickstream data collection tools. + Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development best practices. + Proficiency in Presto, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization. + Experience working in financial services or retail industries. + Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
